Employee Recruitment

Employee referrals make up one of Alaska Airlines’ primary recruitment channels. To help drive more referrals, we developed a series of internal posters and advertisements. The work leveraged real-life recruitment success stories and demonstrated the spirit of family and connectivity that makes Alaska Airlines such a special place to work.
